I worked in pharma and food industries in Quality department and training had been an important part in my job. I love training through innovative methods. Student teaching should be practical and with live exa mples. I have many innovative ideas to implement to build interest in subjects they learn. I beleive shaping students in a very young age with enough of knowledge in the subject they love can make them better in their career .
