Teaching is my passion rather then occupation. I teach because i just love it so much. I don't judge any student, i just go to student with blank mind and try to observe his mind and nature and start building a strategy and plan for him/her and start working on that together. So teaching is not just learning and writing, it is a 360 degree development effort by teacher and student. it's an experience for both. It should be on a healthy environment and relationship. + more - less
