I have 3 years of experience as a Software developer and 1 year of experience as a Tutor. I focus more and more on practical learning because I strongly believe that the knowledge aquired by practicing is the o nly valuable and usable knowledge. My first step towards teaching programming is to explain why we are learning it & what we can do with it, because if students knows the answer of these two questions then they will have a better understanding towards learning it. + more - less
