I have done graduation in mathematics and has been teaching since 2012. I understand it is not just the subject knowledge but also the approach of guiding matters as each student has different mindset. My foc us is first on understanding the students thinking process about dealing with mathematical sums and then explain the algorithm to understand the concept. + more - less
