I have an experience of 7 years of teaching I believe in concept rather than route memorisation.I believe that studies is not only to learn the things but to use in such a way that it always benifits the societ y, country.It helps to create a worthy citizen.I use the practical approach as well as the demonstration approach with discussion method with the students so that they their interest must be created towards studies and help to build up a motivation and a positive attitude towards studies. + more - less
